Consider using a live video stream for your all-hands events and get your entire company engaging with their leadership. Here’s how IMSERV worked with iamLeki Media to do just that.
IMSERV hosted their 2026 all-hands at MK Dons Stadium in Milton Keynes. Like many other companies a large proportion of their team work remotely across the UK.
The obvious solution is to simply record the all-hands sessions and share the video. Obviously this creates a very passive experience and leaves too many employees unengaged and apathetic.
By choosing to use a live video stream through Microsoft Teams Town Hall, IMSERV allowed employees to watch along in real time and engage with the session using online tools.
Working with IMSERVs IT and marketing departments, iamLeki managed the video live stream leaving the IMSERV team free to run their event.
Alongside the video live stream we also provided social video and photography of the day. Providing IMSERV with a full suite of marketing assets that demonstrate their culuture.
More of IMSERV’s employees engaged with the 2026 all-hands sessions than ever before. Furthermore there is now more content available to promote the business externally for recruitment.

Finally book a call to discuss how we can better engage your employees using video.
