Case Study Video FAQs

What are the benefits of case study videos?

Case study videos are one of the most powerful tools in your marketing toolkit. Why? Because real stories from real clients build trust faster than any sales pitch ever could. They:

    1. Help future clients see themselves in your success

    1. Show your impact in action

    1. Bring your results to life

How do we get your client to want to participate in your case study videos?

At iAmLeki, we make it easy and valuable for your clients to say yes. All it costs them is their time, and here’s what they get in return:

    • Extra exposure: They get featured in your marketing, which shines a light on their brand, too.

    • Free content: We usually create 2–3 short-form videos that they can use on their own channels.

It’s a win–win.

What if your client still refuses to participate in a case study video?

It happens, and it’s totally normal. That’s why we plan ahead.

We usually recommend lining up 4–5 clients for potential case studies. That way, if one doesn’t want to take part, you’ve still got a strong shortlist to work from, and your video strategy keeps moving.

What’s the best way to ask a client to feature in a case study video?

It depends on the relationship. Here’s what we suggest:

    • If it’s a casual or close working relationship, A quick text or friendly call is perfect.

    • If it’s a more formal relationship, a personalised email works best, outlining the video’s goal and the value they’ll get from being featured.

Whatever the format, transparency is key.
Clients are far more likely to say yes when they know the angle is fair, honest, and focused on shared success.

Event Video FAQs

What’s the value of filming our event?

An event might only last a day, but a great event video keeps delivering long after the chairs are packed away and attendees have gone home. You can use it to:

    • Build hype for your next event

    • Share key moments with those who couldn’t attend

    • Create lasting social proof of your reach, energy, and brand authority

    • Turn fleeting moments into long-term marketing assets

It’s not just a highlight reel, it’s a trust-builder.

How long does it take to film an event?

We tailor the filming plan to your schedule. Some events only need a few hours of coverage; others span full days across multiple venues. We’ll help you:

    • Plan for key moments

    • Capture a mix of crowd energy, speakers, and setting

    • Keep disruption to a minimum while we work in the background

You run the event. We’ll handle the cameras.

What will the final video(s) include?

That depends on your goals, but most clients receive:

    • A polished highlight video (1–2 mins) for use on socials, landing pages, and emails

    • Several shorter social-friendly snippets (great for LinkedIn or Instagram)

    • Optionally, full recordings of talks or panels, if you need them

We’ll chat through what matters most and build your deliverables around that.

What if our event is very last minute?

We’ve filmed plenty of events with just a few days’ notice. If we’re available, we’re in.
Of course, more time means more planning, but we’re used to being agile, responsive, and calm under pressure. Just reach out.

Livestream Video FAQs

Do you offer livestreaming as well as filming?

Yes, we can manage your livestream from start to finish. Whether it’s a panel, a product launch, a town hall or a hybrid event, we’ll handle:

    • The technical setup

    • Multi-camera switching

    • On-screen graphics and branding

    • Streaming to platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Zoom or custom platforms

We also record the livestream so you’ve got an edited version to keep and repurpose.

What happens if the Wifi drops during a livestream?

We always prepare for the worst. Wherever possible, we:

    • Test the venue’s internet connection in advance

    • Bring backup 4G/5G routers

    • Record a local copy of the stream in real time, so even if the internet fails, your footage is still safe

It’s about being smart, not just reactive.

How many people can watch the livestream?

That depends on where we’re streaming to. For example:

    • YouTube and LinkedIn can support large public audiences

    • Zoom and Teams are ideal for more controlled access or internal sessions

    • Private platforms can also be used for ticketed or gated content

We’ll guide you to the best platform based on your audience and goals.

Can you make shorter clips from the livestream afterwards?

Absolutely. In fact, this is one of the most significant benefits of livestreaming; it gives you hours of video that we can repurpose into:

    • Snippets for social media

    • Internal comms videos

    • Email follow-ups

    • On-demand content libraries

One livestream = months of content, when done right.
